Thirteen years of continuous hands-on experience in network and systems management, installation, configuration, and maintenance on Windows, macOS, Linux, and a variety of cloud infrastructures with a focus on security, end-user support, and advanced troubleshooting to provide robust, cost effective, and secure enterprise systems for attorneys and other licensed professionals.

Eight years of experience in eliciting, collecting, and developing functional requirements that integrate into business process models for customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning software solutions, including frequent revision by management and constant input from all levels of the corporate hierarchy.

I enjoy mentoring entry-level professionals, conducting technical research, and training groups of end-users in a variety of enterprise settings. I'm a highly capable student, interpreting user interfaces, end-user experience, and management critiques to develop a holistic approach towards institutional knowledge management.

I'm a lover of languages both programming and human, capable of translating between English and Spanish, with basic literacy in French. I have a fundamental understanding of multiple Object-Oriented Programming languages, including C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Android, and iOS.
