My name is Clifton but I’m known to many as “Uncle Coop” (yes, I’m a real uncle).

I currently host the Self Interrogation podcast and have recently become very interested in media creation.

I’m also passionate about technology and fitness and the various methods for bringing the two together. I love how technology has grown to help us all live more connected, informative, healthier lives.

I enjoy reading and learning about all things astronomy. I do believe in aliens, parallel universes, and many other unknowns of our universe.

Hobbies include weight lifting, spinning, rowing, hiking, various activities with family and volunteering for causes that help children in need.
