The reality is a carpet and upholstery genius.

Delving into this cleaning area happened over twenty years ago purely by chance.

I had a carpet cleaner come to my home to clean the lounge carpet and stairs.

It looked easy.

Delving into the arena I was not going to just turn at someone's home and have a go.

Like all trades, you need training and hands-on experience.

Training schools are very good, but they can't show you the day-to-day scenarios such as blood,vomit, urine, flea infestation, red wine, and drug problems.

My training was for five days. Taught the construction, fibre identification, methods and techniques.

Then we have the chemistry.

What solutions work best with what carpet or sofa?

Once we had completed the course, I was offered the chance to work with a seasoned Ncca professional for five weeks.

Here I was working in the real world. Seeing situations, dealing with difficult customers, but also making so many clients happy.
