Lakisha Leeks is a self-proclaimed, Career Enthusiast. She has built a reputation for helping individuals succeed by exposing the professional and life skills needed to be successful after college and early in their career. She understands what it feels like to have ambition with no clear direction. She can easily recall the gut wrenching pain of “fakin’ it until she made it.” Her goal is to help individuals gain a clear understanding of the “professional and life” skills needed to be successful in their desired career so they may attain their desired lifestyle.
Lakisha Leeks is the Founder and CEO of Clear Career Connections, A Career Servicing Company. C3 was born out of her desire to help college graduates and early professionals be successful in the sink or swim corporate culture environment. She brings 15 years of experience and now inspires and teaches the unspoken rules of Corporate America through speaking, seminars, and coaching.
Lakisha has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Morgan State University, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from George Washington University. She also served in the United States Army for eight years.
Lakisha Leeks brings 15 years of experience in professional selling and customer relationship development. She has sold and managed technical accounts valuing more than $10 million dollars for fortune 100 companies.
She is currently the Board of Directors President of the YWCA Virginia Peninsula. For more than 150 years the YWCA has dedicated its efforts to eliminating racism and empowering women focusing on economic empowerment racial justice, health and safety.
