Charles Leaver is Ziften Technologies, Inc’s Chief Executive Officer. He has over 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur, senior executive and advisor in the high-tech, mobile and media industries. His career path began in 1982 in sales and management. His career then grew into the application software and infrastructure technologies, ERP, web application development, E-Learning, and gaming.

He developed many of his skills while working at DA/EE. Charles Leaver joined the company at its early stages as an entry level employee and worked his way up the ladder to become the CEO. As such, Leaver was responsible for revenue growth, strategic development and ultimately grew the company's public offering to a $750 million market cap. This ability to find growth opportunities has continued to bring him success throughout his career.
