• Marketing strategy and three-year business plan to sustain the development program of Rodipet, a 3,500 employees company with national operations, the largest press distribution company in Romania;
• Strategy design, concept, executive planning and implementation coordination of a nation-wide communication campaign for NATO, generating a positive attitude of the population of Romania, prior to the country joining the organization.
