Howdy, I’m Clement Helcy Mathebula. I’m a Development Practitioner also a political analyst (do not belong to a party), living in Pretoria. I am a fan of music, writing, and education. I’m also interested in technology and entrepreneurship. I am lifelong learner and naturally enthusiastic mentor.
