Daniel Clement

I have been concentrating in the areas of family law and matrimonial litigation in New York and New Jersey since 1986. I have been engaged in the full spectrum of family law practice including: divorce, annulment, separation, equitable distribution, child custody, support and visitation, as well as the drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial, post nuptial and separation agreements. In addition to practicing, I have extensively written and lectured on various family law issues. I write and maintain a blog, the New York Divorce Report, which explores current issues in New York family law and matrimonial practice. I am a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and the State University of New York at Albany. I am a member of the New York City Bar Assoc., where I have served as a member of the Matrimonial Committee. I have also worked as an Arbitrator in the Small Claims Court of the City of New York.
