Clement is a highly motivated, hardworking and responsible individual, with a drive towards community development and goal attainment. Born to the family of Prof & Barr Emman-Owums Owuamalam, he is a Registered Computer Engineer and a member of the British Computer Society, NCS Computer Society, NSE Society of Engineers, and IEEE Computer Society.

Clement is widely travelled and has coordinated Rotaract service projects and trainings in USA, England, Asia, and across Africa. Besides Rotaract, Clement has served as president of five different service organisations including the Int’l Climate Champions of the British Council.

Clem is team-oriented and experienced in stimulating success among young people. He also enjoys transferring knowledge. He is a recipient of the NR-MDIO Rotaract National Merit Award, the Nigeria National Polio Plus Committee Outstanding Service Award and other recognitions.

Sir Clem, as he is fondly called, is a Benefactor and Level-7 Paul Harris Fellow (PHF+6) of The Rotary Foundation. At his leisure, he enjoys running long distance races, playing badminton, travelling and spending time with friends. He is interested in IT Security for sustainable development.
