As Consultant, I generally begin understanding what are the client needs, problems, wish to improve or fix. This may include reviewing internal management, financial statements, evaluating competitors advantage and analyzing business practices, and infrastructure. Once my evaluation and research is complete, I develop a new business model, prepare recommendations and strategic solutions.
