Cleo is an Instructional Designer on the Strategic Design Team for Professional Education at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta. She is a dedicated educator who has worked in higher education for the past 14 years, 11 of those years as an instructional designer and for 3 years as an adjunct faculty member at a university in the Midwest. Cleo is also a classroom teacher.

She has a MS in Education (Computer Education and Technology) as well as a MS in Speech-Language Pathology and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Cleo has published and presented on distance learning regionally, nationally and internationally.
