Cliff Hobbs

Cliff Hobbs is a 12 times Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) in Microsoft Enterprise Client Management (EMS), System Center Configuration Manager (ConfigMgr/ SCCM) and Systems Management Server (SMS), one of only three in the UK. Cliff has worked as a Consultant with SMS since version 2.0 back in 1998 and ConfigMgr/ SCCM during which time he has gained extensive experience of designing, deploying, and supporting large enterprise-wide systems management solutions on behalf of many companies such as Microsoft, HP, EDS, Getronics, 1E and Abbey National across multiple industry sectors. He has the ability to quickly learn and understand new concepts and is equally comfortable working alone, as part of a team, or in a management role in technically demanding environments to deliver quality solutions that meet customer requirements. Significant achievements:

• First person to be awarded a MVP in SMS by Microsoft in the UK in 2004 and re-awarded every year since.

• Founder and owner of FAQShop.com since 2003, one of the longest running and most popular websites for Systems Management-related information.

• Co-founder of the Windows Management User Group (WMUG) in 2006, the only UK User Group.
