The owner of Legacy Franchise Development, Cliff Longshore has more than 15 years of experience managing restaurant franchise locations in Georgia and Florida. Today, Cliff Longshore owns and operates multiple Beef 'O' Brady's restaurants in the state of Florida. His responsibilities beyond ownership, include establishing daily and monthly revenue growth objectives as well as managing a couple hundred employees in accordance with each franchise's business goals and values in mind. For instance, he works to ensure each of his franchise locations operates in accordance with all Servsafe Food, Alcohol and HACCP standards.
Among his accomplishments, Cliff Longshore received the Development Partner of the Year Award from the corporate leadership team at Beef 'O' Brady's in 2013. He also regularly attends the company’s annual conference.
Prior to starting Legacy Franchise Development, Mr. Longshore was an Area Operations Manager for the WOW Café & Wingery franchise. In this role, he helped to open several new locations in Georgia, from the initial hiring and training of new employees to managing thorough weekly restaurant and bar inventories. Additionally, he honed his leadership skills even more as a General Manager in the hospitality industry at Dea Night Club and Flip Flops Bar & Grill. Thru Legacy Franchise Development, Cliff Longshore is always looking for future opportunities for growth. His specialty is turning struggling franchise location into a profitable franchise locations and getting that done quickly!
