Born and raised in Montreal, I am a true Canadian, with roots that lead back four generations of maple syrup.

I am a professional, volunteer and self proclaimed athlete.

My professional experience ranges from event management, master of ceremonies/DJ, marketing, sponsorship, creative design and business development.

I enjoy volunteering my time to various non-for-profit organzations and alumni associations.

Keeping fit is very important to me. I train and compete in both crossfit and triathlons (which includes: swimming, cycling and running...as fast as I can).

So that's me in a nutshell...oh, and I love sour candy too!
