Cliff Mihail

A graduate of the George Washington University School of Medicine, Cliff Mihail fulfilled an internship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he also completed a residency in Otolaryngology. Board Certified, Cliff Mihail has expanded his education throughout his career, also earning a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College, CUNY.

From 2004 to 2012, Dr. Cliff Mihail was a physician and shareholder with the Mid-Hudson Medical Group in Fishkill, New York. During that time, he maintained positions at Saint Francis Hospital and Vassar Brothers Medical Center, both in Poughkeepsie. At St. Francis Hospital, Dr. Mihail served briefly as the chair of the Department of Otolaryngology, and for a number of years was the medical director at the St. Francis Center for Communication Disorders.

Dr. Cliff Mihail is currently president and CEO of the International Institute of Clinical Research (IICR-NY). In this capacity, he works with teams of medical doctors who consult with attorneys and business professionals regarding medical law and research. At IICR-NY, Mihail has developed a company that can perform a wide range of duties, including case validity review, standard-of-care reviews, medical case coordination, and medical theory development.
