Hi, I’m Clifford. I’m a software development team lead living in Hong Kong.

I have worn many hats in my career - system administrator, software developer, project manager, product manager, business analyst and decision maker. I have the ability to manage challenging projects and to handle complex challenges. My professional value comes from my actual experience:

- I have been managing and directing the development of software before the dot-com bubble
- I speak English and Cantonese. I have the global vision and am able to apply local knowledge to the products and projects lifecycle
- I can think of big ideas alone, but collaboration can contribute more. I am a trusted person who loves to provide motivation, listen and execute ideas!
- I am calm and be able to step back when things go (badly) wrong (they do sometimes FYI)
- Yes, I can afford to get things wrong but risks are evaluated and calculated in advance
- I do not have a financial degree, but I can do planning, budgets and provide forecasts when needed
