I architect global workforces at the intersection of data science, financial strategy, and organizational health. Currently in Google’s Future of Work organization, I design the frameworks and tools—from AI-ready workforce planning to global location strategies—that enable a 100k+ person enterprise to scale sustainably.

With a professional foundation at McKinsey and Bridgespan, I specialize in bridging the gap between technical workforce design and executive strategy. I am also a dedicated advocate for inclusive leadership, having served as Co-Chair of the Black Googler Network (Bay Area) to integrate equity into the core of workforce planning.
