Climb for Cancer
Somewhere on a mountain
Climb for Cancer, is a non-profit initiative that encourages hikers and adventurists to climb mountain peaks around the world in an effort to raise awareness for children suffering from Cancer.
To date we have completed three challenges:
- Mt. Kilimanjaro, highest peak in Africa (5,895m) - Tanzania
- Everest Base Camp (5,350m) & Island Peak (6,189m) - Nepal
- Mt. Elbrus, highest peak in Europe (5,642m) - Russia
Some of our achievements:
- US$ 460,000 have been donated to cancer treatment and research as a result of Climb for Cancer's awarness campaigns and challenges
- 7 children have been treated
