CliniSearch is a clinical guideline intelligence platform built for frontline NHS clinicians and governance teams who need current, cited guidance they can trust at the point of care and in audit.
Healthcare guidance changes frequently, often silently. PDFs drift out of date, bookmarks go stale, and email alerts are missed. CliniSearch exists to solve that problem by turning national guidance into structured, versioned, and auditable clinical intelligence.
At the bedside, CliniSearch gives clinicians fast access to current recommendations, clear thresholds, and source-linked citations from bodies such as NICE, SIGN, and specialist colleges. Every recommendation is timestamped, change-tracked, and shown with context, so clinicians can see not just what the guidance says, but when it changed and why that matters.
For audit, governance, and medico-legal assurance, CliniSearch provides defensible evidence trails. It preserves historical versions of guidance (“what did NICE say on this date?”), highlights changes over time, and produces version-locked exports suitable for CQC, PSIRF, and internal reviews. Deviation notes can be recorded against the exact source guidance in force at the time.
The platform supports clinical governance, information governance, professional governance, and digital governance without relying on unmanaged local copies or uncontrolled PDFs. Role-aware views ensure guidance is relevant for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and primary or secondary care teams, while maintaining a single, auditable source of truth.
CliniSearch is designed to support — not replace — clinical judgement and local policy. It is not a medical device. Instead, it provides the transparency, traceability, and oversight needed to use national guidance safely in real clinical environments.
In short, CliniSearch helps clinicians answer questions quickly, helps organisations evidence safe practice, and helps governance teams demonstrate that guidance use is current, visible, and defensible.
