Hello. I am an ACE certified personal trainer and an ACE certified health coach. I am also a Cancer Exercise Specialist.

I have struggle with my weight most of my life and am currently getting my health back. Also, this year (2023) is my 5 yr cancerversary. I am a Stage IIa Colorectal Cancer survivor.

That all said, I know how hard it is to get in shape, to eat right, and I know what it is like to be told “you have cancer”.
