Clint Chandler

My name is Clint Chandler. I grew up in Midcoast Maine but my roots go as far as New Mexico. I am a human resources professional living in Durham, Maine. I have a degree in Human Resource Management from Saint Joseph's College of Maine. My current role is Human Resources Advisor at a Human Resources firm in Westbrook, Maine. I am responsible for providing compliance training to organizations.

I believe that people are the lifeblood of any business. When employees are productive, organizations are able to grow and develop. However having happy employees is key. When employees are happy, they are more productive. Studies show this to be true. Therefore businesses should strive to make their employees want to come into work.

My goal is to enrich the work experience for employees. Through the institution of practices that inspire employee engagement, creative thinking, and enriched learning, we can make the work experience beneficial for all those who are involved.
