I’m more than just an aspiring Hotel General Manager.

My career started in banking and financial services as a Customer Service Agent. That’s where I built a strong foundation in financial knowledge, financial management, and delivering excellent customer service.

From there I moved into direct, face-to-face sales, then into face-to-face fundraising for a nonprofit organization. Both roles sharpened my communication, persuasion, and people skills.

My hospitality journey began as a Junior Reservationist. Within 5 months, my attention to detail, work ethic, customer centricity, and dedication earned me a permanent role as Reservationist.

I’m currently building on this experience with an internationally recognized Diploma in Hospitality Management (AHLEI) from the International Hotel School.

I’m a multi-skilled hospitality professional who blends financial acumen with guest-focused service. My goal is to lead hotel operations that deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong business results.
