A passionate 'cooker' with international experience that commenced from humble ‘Latin home cooking’ learnt from Mother and Grandmother. I am driven to understand every aspect of what constitutes products, where they come from, the benefits they provide, and creative World cooking styles.

Cooking highlights include a record 20 straights days in a Mumbai kitchen restaurant (Tandoor/Indian/Indo-Chinese) that cateres up to 780 seats where no English was spoken in the Kitchen with some 2,500 year old developed methods and fascinating recipes learnt.

Other interests include , actively participating and contributing to charities, and humanitarian advancements.
