Clive Jeffrey is a real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, Parrot Trainer, Husband and Father of 2.
Having started a sales career in 1980, Clive started and ran successful Print Broking company www.printmatters.co.nz in New Zealand in 1990 until selling the company in May of 2012.
During this time, Clive grew the company to a $5 million turnover, buying and selling commercial printing and gained valuable knowledge in both, sales, negotiation and client management.
Clive then successfully transferred these skills into Real Estate investing in 2005, which was done part time basis while still running Print Matters Ltd.
In September 2013 Clive moved with his family to St Augustine, Florida to take advantage of local Real Estate opportunities, concentrating on the purchase and sale of single family residences helping clients both in the USA and New Zealand build profitable rental property portfolios with high cash flow yields.
Having grown relationships with clients personally that have lasted well over a decade is testament to the integrity that Clive brings to any transaction.
With goals to grow a passive income by owning a profitable rental portfolio allows Clive to source properties for clients with the same scrutiny as if purchasing them personally!
