Clive Smallman

Clive Smallman is Professor of Management and Dean of the University of Western Sydney Business School. Clive leads the development and execution of strategy in the School. He successfully merged five business units to create the School, including a major restructure to bring delivery costs under control. He is now leading further change in the School modernising its learning and teaching program (a mix of blended learning and purely online), focusing its research (small business, supply chain management, supply chain management, business education), intensifying its engagement with business and the community, and driving internationalisation across the span of its operations. His major change vehicle is an AACSB accreditation project.
