Cloy David Feachen
Experienced Health Care Insurance Executive in Dallas, Texas
After attending Troy State University on a football scholarship, Cloy David Feachen matriculated at Auburn University. There, he studied marketing and held membership in the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity on his way to earning his bachelor of arts in the mid-70s. Subsequently beginning a career in the health care insurance field, Cloy David Feachen went on to cofound Medical Insurance Administrators of Texas in 1988 and to found Southern Benefits Consultants in 1990.
He currently serves as general manager of Nexcaliber, where he helps administer a self-funded employer health plan. Through this work, he has also established and continues to lead Entira Incorporated, which operates on-site workplace clinics that are both convenient and require only a $10 co-pay.
In addition to running these clinics, Mr. Fechen strives to contain the health care costs of his customers by directly contracting with providers and offering creatively designed plans. Engaged in his field, he maintains membership in the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, the Mobile Health Clinics Associations, and the American Telemedicine Association.
