Hi I’m C. Lynn Williams, a family dynamics coach who is concerned with the lack of communication taking place between families today. By helping parents create great relationships with their tweens, teens, adult children and also their aging parents.

Teaching and counseling experiences with adults and young people, (my own included) led me to write a series of Staying Sane books: Trying to Stay Sane While Raising Your Teen, The Pampered Prince: Moms Create a GREAT Relationship with Your Son and Raising Your Daughter Through the Joys, Tears and HORMONES! Having a failed marriage and remarrying has given me an opportunity to realize what's important in life and how to actually have it all - Family - Successful Career - Satisfying Marriage
