Christine Martinez de Castro is a seasoned marketing and real estate executive with more than 30 years of experience spanning luxury residential sales, public relations, marketing, and client relations. She serves as Chief Sales and Marketing Office for CMC Group, a fully integrated real estate development company founded in 1986 by visionary developer Ugo Colombo which specializes in the development of luxury residential, commercial and retail properties across South Florida. She is also Broker for CMC Real Estate, the dedicated in-house brokerage responsible for the strategic management and execution of sales across CMC Group’s luxury residential portfolio. In her dual role, she leads sales strategy, pricing, marketing, communications and execution across the firm’s development portfolio, aligning teams and external partners to drive revenue, broker engagement, and brand positioning.
As an integral part of the development process, Martinez de Castro oversees all aspects of luxury residential sales from initial launch through closing, ensuring a seamless, high-touch buyer experience. Since joining CMC Real Estate in 2021, she has led the sale of more than $1.5 billion in inventory across CMC Group projects and helped achieve record-setting results in Bay Harbor Islands and Coconut Grove, including Onda Residences, Vita at Grove Isle, and Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove.
Martinez de Castro brings deep expertise in South Florida’s evolving real estate market, drawing on a background that uniquely combines development sales with public relations and marketing leadership. She began her real estate career as an in-house development sales agent for Fortune, contributing to the sellout of projects including Artech, Wind, Icon Brickell, and Midtown Miami. She also held senior leadership roles via an agency providing marketing and public relations strategy to many South Florida landmark developments such as One Thousand Museum, Biscayne Beach, and Privé.
Earlier in her career, Martinez de Castro worked in corporate communications at Ketchum Public Relations and Delta Air Lines, where she led cross-organizational communications initiatives during the events of 9/11. She later served as Vice President of Public Relations, Marketing, and Sales at an international agency, overseeing teams across the U.S. and Latin America and growing the firm’s PR division by more than 200%.
Recognized as a 2024 Apogee Awards Honoree by South Florida Business & Wealth, Martinez de Castro is a regular contributor to publications and thought leadership panels focusing on the real estate industry. She is a vocal advocate for women's leadership and mentorship, frequently speaking on building professional development programs to empower girls.
Martinez de Castro holds a degree in Public Relations and Business from the University of Florida, where she was a McNair Scholar and member of the Kappa Tau Alpha honor society.
