I guide multinational employers, investors and professionals on global visa strategies to meet staffing and personal goals, including immigration, employment, compensation, taxation, business formation and estate planning.

A key part of my practice is the US. I represent clients before the US Departments of Labor, State, and Homeland Security. My practice includes: visas, employer compliance, administrative and judicial proceedings, legislative and regulatory advocacy, etc. I also educate clients, staff, fellow professionals and governmental entities on topics involving business immigration.
