I am a conscientious, adaptable and hardworking person with a record of good timekeeping and attendance. I have over fifteen years’ experience in customer service and I am a confident user of Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Lotus. Furthermore, I am an experienced and capable administrator, excellent communicator and can work well with people at all levels. I am an excellent team worker but can also work on my own using initiative and stay calm while working under pressure. I have a very flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn new skills.
