I am a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach and World Athletics Level 2 (Middle-Long Distance) Coach living and training in the urban jungle of Singapore.

My formative years in the sport were spent between UK, Thailand and Singapore, where I grew competitively in trail running and adventure races around Southeast Asia and Europe.

Supported by a performance coaching ecosystem, I learned what it takes to perform in the mountains with the limitations of flat city living.
