I've worked with leaders at Google, Verizon, PayPal, GE, and many tech startups. I'm passionate about supporting leaders of leaders and men who are committed to personal growth. I'm a Forbes contributor on Leadership and have been working (for a while) on my first book: Lead by Listening. I'm also the co-founder of Crypto Underground, a community of blockchain experts and enthusiasts who learn and grow together.

I became a Certified Coach when I was 25 and have completed over 4250 hours of coaching and trained over 1300 leaders on influence, communication, executive presence, and productivity. I've also interviewed and facilitated sessions with over 500 executives on their business strategies and top leadership challenges. Overall, I have 15 years of experience in leadership consulting and training, organizational development, and executive coaching. With a commitment to self-growth, I recently completed an intense six-week personal healing retreat in India.

Diversity and inclusion are important to me. I've coached at the Watermark Conference for Women in Silicon Valley; and spoken at the Tech Inclusion Conference and Women In Technology Summit multiple times.

I believe empowered men empower women. I'm passionate about creating safe spaces for high-performing men to dialogue vulnerably and develop their skill with difficult conversations.
