Hi, I'm Chris, and I want to share my journey with you: a real person who has faced challenges and learned practical ways to navigate them.
In June 2023, my life changed dramatically when my husband faced a sudden and severe brain health crisis, leaving him disoriented and struggling with memory loss. One day, he was full of life, and overnight, our world turned upside down. As his partner, I was left to navigate this new reality. It was a challenging time; while I felt alone, I knew I had to keep going.
During this time, I discovered the above-mentioned "Maui Habit", that helped me start each day with a bit more focus. As a book lover, even during those challenging times, I found solace and motivation in reading BJ Fogg's "Tiny Habits®: The Small Changes That Change Everything." I learned about the science behind habit formation.
To further deepen my understanding and application of the Tiny Habits® Method, I completed a coaching certification in spring 2024 with the Tiny Habits® Academy. This experience equipped me with practical tools to help others. I learned specific techniques for building sustainable habits. Now, I use these scientifically-proven methods to help others create positive changes in their lives, one tiny step at a time.
