I've been working the last 18 years as a Starbucks store manager. I have enjoyed my time with Starbucks and it was managing people that lead me to career coaching. Having worked with many as a manger I have learned a lot of what it takes to be a great and effective coach. I am truely passionate about helping my clients idenify who they are, what theey want and what their strenghts are. I love helping my clients find a career that fits their values and passions so they can have a career they want and not just the one they think they should have.
