I am a single mother to a beautiful family living in Rogers, Arkansas. I am an Independent Team Beach Body Coach and I initially becamea coach because of the need to help my children and I become healthy and to recieve the awesome benefits/discount for products that help my family. Throughtout my journey I have learned that making Shakeology® a staple in our diets has dramatically decreased cravings, maintained weight and provided our bodies with the nutrition it needs daily. I finally decided that I could help others as I helped my family and myself. I have learned to be a clean eater, an educated food consumer and a physically fit parent. I am hoping that with my journey that others will be inspired to make lifestyle changes when it comes to their health and that these new habits are passed down from generation to generation.
