I began my career as a senior high school accounting teacher. Thereafter, my skills evolved into corporate training leading to executive interviewing and recruitment by sourcing of top talent, mostly for financial and executive leadership roles. After completing an MBA, I added business and executive coaching to my arsenal. My area of expertise was talent sourcing and developing. My experience spanning over 20 years covered the designing talent strategies to scale organisations; the training of executives to hire talent and to fire narcissists; the coaching of candidates to articulate their professional strengths, to match their passion and fit their purpose to the demands of the marketplace.

Executive coaching is my forte, and communication is my passion. Globalising career opportunities of C-Suite executives as well as entrepreneurs is my purpose. Optimising executive and business prospects by framing both expertise and experience with excellence in English, is what I believe. Communication skills, written, oral and body language, is what I teach. Doing what it takes both inside and outside the boardroom – building high performing teams, writing compelling emails, understanding complex reports, delivering powerful presentations, closing profitable deals and negotiating favourable terms, internationally as well as locally, is what I believe gets you where you want to go. Sharpening emotional and cultural intelligence, the very foundation of success, is how I get you to the top.
