Coach Grace is a firm believer that everyone should take the time to take care of their body. She encourages women to lift weights and motivate them to attain the best body they can achieve.
She has trained & educated women about functional movements and the importance of lifting weights to lose weight and gain lean muscles. Coach Grace has helped women become mentally and physically strong by making them understand that the more they push themselves to the limit while working out the further they will achieve to deal with life.
Coach Grace's mission is to lead women be role models to their families especially their children. "We are the back bone of our families and our kids are the future generation. When we take care of ourselves, we respond more positively to taking care of our loved ones. We are worth it!," as Coach Grace says.
