As a team lead in his Network Marketing organization, he built a team of over 1,000 independent business owners in less than 8 months leveraging social media.
When he created his first Instagram account a few years ago, Kay Banks simply wanted to "keep up with the Joneses" much like many Instagram users. However, in less than 2 years, without sponsored ads or buying followers, his follower count grew to over 12,000.
