Coach Marks

Hi! I'm Coach Marks. This is my fourth year teaching in the district and my 2nd here at Patterson. As well as teaching TX History, I also coach volleyball, basketball and track for our girls' athletics.

I am originally from a somewhat small town south of Dallas, called Waxahachie (pronounced "Wox-uh-hatch-ee") where I lived my entire life up until I left for college.

I received my B.S in Education from Texas A&M University, in College Station, TX. I am a die hard Aggie, as is my entire family. WHOOP!! I have officially earned my Masters Degree in Education Administration (YAY!)

I love spending time with my friends and family on the weekends. I am newly engaged and am very excited for my wedding in June! I spend a good amount of my time at the movie theatre and eating Mexican food! :)

As I mentioned before I have been a coach at Patterson for the past three years and will be one of the girls' volleyball, basketball and track coaches this year as well. I grew up playing these sports and have loved coaching our Patterson girls.
