Robert Paulele

Robert Paulele (Coach P.), a former professional football player and current coach.

"My job is to create an environment to where players can develop confidence, instill trust and believe in their talents to pursue their full potential. As a coach I firmly believe that we should nurture potential leaders as they emerge. I also believe that it is a process in which four values must be met in order to achieve success.

1. Stay true to the course; believe in the final outcome

2. Set a positive frame of mind

3. Set goals to achieve anything

4. Instill an impeccable work ethic

When all four values are met players, coaches and employees, are able to fully invest and remain interested in the philosophy. Quickly, the team will think, speak and as one move together in harmony. The end goal is to orchestrate the overall mentality of the team and “Build” quality within each individual.

Recently Coach Paulele has been featured in X and O labs Magazine and has published two articles that talks about the success of the run game. In addition he has also been a guest on the Earl Christy’s Talk Radio Show that included Joe Namath.
