Coach Todd Campbell

My name is Todd Campbell, and I grew up in Abilene, Texas, where sports were a big part of my life from the start. I played football, baseball, and basketball, and that love of the game led me into coaching. After graduating from Abilene Wylie High School, I went to Texas Tech and later earned my degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.

I’ve been fortunate to coach at both the college and high school levels—at Texas Tech, Texas A&M-Commerce, and the College of the Sequoias, where our offense broke three school records. I’ve also coached at several Texas high schools, helping teams win multiple district and regional championships.

After 9/11, I put coaching on hold to serve in the U.S. Army. I spent more than four years in uniform before being honorably discharged after an injury. Service, leadership, and community have always been important to me, which is why I stay involved with local programs that support veterans and families in need. Football has given me a lot, but giving back has given me even more.
