We offer indoor air quality products and services. Unlike most HVAC companies that soley focus on installation and service, we offer annual maintenance agreements for $179 per year which includes two maintenance visits per year. Our company offers Dehumidifiers, Air Treatment Systems (UV Lights) and Advanced Filtration to improve overall indoor air quality.

Service Process:

Customers often call our main office number and speak to one of our three office staff. The office staff direct the phone call to the proper department; Production, Sales, Service, or any specific individual they are looking to speak with.

If a customer inquires from an online source, CallRail tracks the phone calls so that I know where the lead came from. We have call tracking setup on the website, google ads, and on mailers I have sent out in the past.

If a customer for example is looking to get a quote for a new system, the lead gets sent to one of our two sales managers. Ed Westlove will be the main point of contact. He is very quick with getting back with customers within hours of their initial inquiry and provides a quote within 1-3 days depending on availability.

A sales manager visits a customers home to conduct an inspection and fills out a 'Job Survey Sheet' with all existing equipment information. A quote is then generated with 2-4 different options for the customer to choose a "Good" "Better" and "Best" option.

If the customer accepts, the job can begin as soon as 24 hours after proposal has been signed and customers often pay via check.
