Since the company was primarily based on main IT related problem solving, agricultural resources, it has four subsidiaries- Coatord IT, Coatord Software, Nazeric Digital and Aftab Digital Media. The root and mother or parent company is Coatord Limited.Md. Aftab Uddinbecame the company's first Bangladeshi chairman and founder in 2022 July 16 and this was crucial in building up the Bangladeshi management for the company.

Established in 2022 July 16 as the Coatord Limited, the company current name was Coatortd Ltd. The company now stands renamed Coatord Ltd., where "Coatord Limited" today is no longer an acronym.Coatord Limited Chairman and Founder Md.
