I am currently heading up the innovation lab for the UK Ministry of Justice.

For the past 2 years I was at government service (GDS) in the transformation team, responsible for delivering 25 exemplar services across government and by doing so transforming the government services and its interaction with the citizen ( I had direct influence in the delivery of 4 of them)

Previous roles I’ve hold were UX lead, Head of web, Senior Product Manager, Product Development Manager, Transformation Manager, Visiting Lecturer, Company Director- Founder.
