This blog is going to treat a lot of different topics related to international food, so lovers of food, this is your place. This is not the first blog talking about food or restaurants it's true, but we have something to say to the haters and the doubters, we are not a common food blog, we are "the food blog". Why are we different from others? That's simple. We are going to talk about all kinds of topics related to food, including the weirdest ones…Which are the best restaurants? What is my opinion about some foods and restaurants? Which are my experiences with some foods? What are the opinions of the experts from the culinary world? What is behind the process of obtaining the food? Which are the intern problems in the best and worst restaurants in the world?...

In conclusion, we are going to show a completely new vision of what the culinary world is.

WORK HISTORY

In 2009 I started cooking my own dishes at home. I love it so much that I began going to courses related to the creative cook.

In the summers, I worked in a family restaurant we have in Calpe. So in 2017, I became the assistant of the chef because of all the support and all the creativity I show in the past years. Finally after all this experience, I am thinking of opening my own restaurant in the future.

CURRENT ROLE

Meanwhile, I opened this blog that I found interesting just not for me, but also for all kinds of people. And now I'm the CEO of Cocina2, a starting company that has this blog and a lot of different social networks outside the blog.
