Ashim Rudra Paul(Bengali: অসীম রুদ্র পাল; Born: June 15, 2002) is a skilled Software Engineer, programmer, and the Founder of Codewithashim.He is a full-stack software engineer with over four years of experience building scalable SaaS, fintech, and AI automation systems, with expertise in Node.js, Next.js, React, and high-performance backend architectures using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Express.js.
Paul is currently working as a Software Engineer at VALT, where he contributes to large-scale fintech and enterprise platforms. His work focuses on developing and maintaining micro-modular frontend architectures, EPoS systems, and accounting and payroll solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, production-grade software.
Previously, he worked as a Software Engineer at SJ Innovation LLC (August 2024 – December 2025), where he was involved in building AI-powered and IoT-driven systems. His responsibilities included designing high-throughput data pipelines, implementing vector databases and embedding-based search, and developing fault-tolerant, queue-based architectures for real-time processing and automation.
Earlier in his career, Paul served as a Team Lead at elPixala (January 2023 – July 2024, Remote – India), leading development efforts for user-centric applications and mentoring engineers.
