Cody Sanchez

I am currently a student at the University of Massachusetts - Amherst in the Isenberg School of Management. I am pursuing a degree in Operation and Information Management with a minor in Psychology and Information Technology. With this degree, I hope to do something I love after I graduate. I love to try new things and love new technology. I am a hard working and hope to pursue my dreams as well as make a lot of money in the future.

Living in New Jersey, my parents always drank the beer from "America's oldest brewery", Yuengling. Whenever we sat down for dinner, they would have their beers with them and they would always let me try a taste. That got me into trying a lot of different beers. I like beers with cool names, cool bottles, or just a random beer that you couldn't find anywhere else.

For Christmas, I got a brewing set that allows me to brew my own beer. I found out that my passion would be to own a brewery at somepoint in my life. If it were to be a backyard brewery that I just brewed for friends and family, or if it turned into a nationwide company. I could use my degree from Umass for management as well as the logistic and cost cutting part of the business. I would either need to bring in someone who knows chemistry or I would have to learn it myself. Hopefully before retiring there will be a beer bottle with my name on it that I created. Cheers.
