Cody Weinmann
I began writing songs at the age of six. I am one for creating memorable melodies and phrases. I started playing piano at around the same time by ear. My musical abilities have led me to play in bands across Southern California, where I've also played horn, percussion and the keyboard. I have also ventured into singing being part of the California State University San Bernardino Concert Choir amidst studying for a dual degree in Music Composition and Technology. Now that I've recently graduated from the University, I divide my time between composing, arranging, songwriting, and teaching through my new website on music: http://www.musicians-helper.com as well as teaching private students in the High Desert and singing in a Vocal Jazz sextet on several occasions.
I am also the author of two books America vs. America (a book about the misfortunes and wrongs of this new uncertain America with the old, prosperous 1950's America) and Quick Guide to Quilt Making. If any of you all are interested, hit me up on Facebook at Cody Weinmann, Author.
