I am a Business Development Manager @ Emerson and live with my family in Magnolia, Texas.

"Can't do! - Isn't possible, you just have to be honest enough to try" - is a saying and an attitude I started developing whilst growing up in Germany (20 years) and am stilling living by today, even if it's not on the same continent, "In Permanent Beta".

I am not a fan of doing things halfway... If I decide to start something I will finish it and with the "can do mindset", always working very hard to set an example that people can look up to, just as I have (had) such great people in my life. Helping and leading people to grow into something even more awesome, improving and simplifying processes to let business grow, a little bit, day by day!

I am heavily engaged in the community I live in and have served on Advisory Councils and in Board of Directors functions.

I love to go Hiking and Traveling, Swimming, and Bike Riding (with and without Motor) and love outdoor activities in general.

I try to live by the Bible, as close as I possibly can and love sharing such knowledge with others if interested.
