I am an Italian coffee lover that pushed for the love of this ” amazing drug” decided to come to London to study about coffee and its different extraction procedures and tastes.

After a really nice working experience in an Italian coffee reality in Shoreditch, I am currently expanding my knowledge working in the best London coffee speciality shops and roasters.

I will soon start different specialisation courses to become a better barista, to learn about new and old coffee extraction methodologies and realities from all over the globe.
